Terms, short on purpose.
We'll keep this short because nobody reads long ones and the long ones are usually hiding something.
The deal
You connect Stripe via OAuth. We only make read calls on your account \u2014 we never charge, refund, or modify anything. We give you a weekly brief and a dashboard. You pay us monthly. Either of us can end it at any time.
What we promise
We'll keep your data private (see /privacy), send you a brief every Monday the product is live, and respond to emails. If the brief stops showing up or looks hallucinated, tell us and we'll fix it or refund the month.
What you agree to
Pay on time. Don't try to reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the product. Don't abuse the support inbox. If you stop paying, we'll email you and then downgrade your access to read-only for 90 days before deleting.
The un-fun parts
The service is provided “as is.” We do our best but we're a small team shipping fast. We're not liable for consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months. Disputes go to Palm Beach County, Florida.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll email you at least 30 days before anything material changes.
